These terms apply between you and Libby Crossland ("we", "us"), the operator of Nim & Me. By creating an account you agree to them.
Nim & Me is a health tracking and organisation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing it shows — including patterns, correlations, energy estimates or summaries — is a clinical finding. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about your health, your symptoms and your medication, and never delay or disregard that advice because of something you saw in this app.
Nim & Me is not an emergency service and does not monitor you. If you are unwell or worried, contact your GP, NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
Medication reminders are a convenience only. They depend on your device, your browser and your notification settings, and they can be delayed, blocked or missed entirely — for example when a device is offline, asleep, or has notifications turned off. Please do not rely on Nim & Me as your only way of remembering essential medication.
Nim & Me is currently in beta. Features may change, move or be removed, occasional bugs and errors are likely, and data loss, though not expected, is possible. We recommend exporting your data periodically from Settings. Feedback is genuinely welcome through the in-app feedback button.
You must be 16 or over to create an account. Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think someone else has access.
Use Nim & Me for your own personal health tracking. Do not attempt to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer or scrape it, upload unlawful content, or use it to provide clinical services to other people.
The app, its design, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors. The information you record stays yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you and to run the service.
We aim to keep Nim & Me available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; beta access may be paused, changed or withdrawn. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users or the service at risk, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. You can delete your data or your entire account at any time from Settings → Danger zone.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Beyond that, and because Nim & Me is provided free during the beta, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss arising from relying on the app instead of professional medical advice or your own medication routine.
We may update these terms as the product develops; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: Libby Crossland.
